1. Introduction

My Mehsana is a digital platform that allows users to browse Mehsana district taluka-based businesses, home services, local news updates, property listings, job posts, job searches, and job advertisements. Users can log in via OTP, post properties and jobs (subject to limits), directly contact job providers and service providers, view business services, and see advertisements.

2. User Accounts and Login

• Users log in using OTP sent to their mobile number.
• Users can create and manage profiles with name, mobile, email, taluka/location, and profile details.
• Business and service provider accounts require admin approval.
• You must provide accurate information; fake accounts will be suspended.

3. Posting Policy

• Free Posts: Up to 2 free property posts (house/shop/plot/land – sell or buy) and unlimite free job vacancy post per user.
• Additional posts may require payment (details on app).
• Duplicate, spam, or irrelevant posts are prohibited and will be removed.

4. Direct Contact and Business Services

• Users can directly contact job providers, business owners, and service providers via app-provided details.
• Business services are displayed for users to connect directly with providers.
• My Mehsana is not responsible for financial transactions, fraud, disputes, or outcomes of direct contacts.

5. Advertisements

The app displays advertisements. We are not liable for ad content accuracy or user interactions with advertisers.

6. Prohibited Content

• Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading listings (e.g., fake properties/jobs).
• Adult, harmful, or discriminatory content.
• Child sexual abuse or exploitation material (CSAE).
• Spam, duplicates, or off-topic posts.

7. Admin Rights

• Admin reserves the right to approve, reject, edit, remove content, or suspend/terminate accounts without notice.
• We may use automated tools or manual review for moderation.

8. Limitation of Liability

My Mehsana provides listing and connection services only. We are not responsible for disputes, scams, financial losses, or damages from user interactions. Use the app at your own risk; verify details before any deal.

9. Disputes and Governing Law

This is a public platform; we are not responsible for any loss or damage. Be cautious with deals. Any disputes under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mehsana, Gujarat courts only.

Name, mobile number, email, taluka/location, profile info, posts, and contacts.

2. How We Use Information

To display local listings, enable direct contacts, verify users/admins, show ads, and improve the app.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. Contact details may be visible on your posts/listings for direct connections. Shared only with admins for moderation or authorities if required by law.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable measures to protect data, but no online platform guarantees 100% security. You are responsible for your account.

Child Safety & CSAE Policy

1. Zero Tolerance

Strictly no child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) content; immediate removal.

2. Monitoring & Enforcement

Admin moderation; instant account suspension for violations; reporting to authorities if needed.
